Diagnosis: Borderline Mucinous Cystadenoma of the Right Ovary.

The article presents a case study of a 15-year old female with painless abdominal distention. She showed mild discomfort of the bowel habit and found a complete distention of the upper abdomen and mild distention of the lower abdomen during her physical examination. The girl had a family history of hydatid disease in her father and brother. The article discusses ovarian mucinous cystadenomas which are cystic masses that contains serous, mucinous and hemorrhagic components.
