Abstract
- The article focuses on the creation of a comprehensive program aimed to address slip and fall hazards which are the most prevalent injuries in the U.S. According to research epidemiologist Jennifer Bell of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), hospitals are not fully considering the cause of sprains and strains of workers. Moreover, she and colleagues discovered that creation of the comprehensive program can lessen the risks of slips and falls and yield good results.
