Abstract

A novel three-dimensional (3D) [Ag3(dmtrz)2(CN)]n(1) with a three-fold interpenetrated CdSO4-type net is in situsolvothermal synthesized, and influential factors in the in situreaction are briefly discussed. The luminescent property studies reveal that 1shows green phosphorescent emission upon excitation while other binary silver(i)-dmtrz compounds discussed in this paper only emit blue phosphorescence.
