Eaux minérales naturelles et eaux de sources en Algérie

Abstract: An up-to-date inventory of natural mineral and spring waters in Algeria is here presented. First, the legislation regarding exploitation, production and marketing of the latter is compared to the EU and international ones. Then, a physicochemical characterization and classification of the water types are proposed as well as a tentative establishment of a database for natural mineral and spring waters in Algeria.
