Abstract

Chylothorax is a rare clinical entity characterized by a milky white aspirate with increased triglyceride levels. The commonest etiology is malignancy and trauma, and bilateral chylothorax, secondary to tuberculosis, is an extremely rare cause, as observed in the present case. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
