Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 45-year-old lady who never wore spectacles or had ocular problems. She was in good health but reported photophobia and watery eyes for one week and blurred vision for two days. It was found that her problems were due to right anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy. She was suffering from Foster Kennedy syndrome and with a variety of imaging skills it was treated successfully.
