- The article discusses the continuing confusion regarding the nature of permissible expert legal testimony in Florida. It includes relevant issues such as the abrogation of the ultimate issue rule or the common law of evidence, conflicting Florida precedent, and a conclusion. The various court decisions are also discussed in this issue.
