Abstract
- The article discusses a research study on the multiwavelength anomalous diffraction (MAD) for macromolecular phasing at low resolution. Methodology of the study included crystallization where crystals were soaked in cryo-protectant solution and the single-crystal data sets were indexed then integrated by XDS technology solutions. Conclusions indicated the advantages of improved multi-crystal anomalous data in single anomalous diffraction (SAD) phasing including the ability of MAD to allow substructure determinations not seen in single-crystal data.
