Características de las cargas del sector residencial en Cuba.

One of the most difficult variables to define when a distribution network study is carried out is, undoubtedly, the loads behavior, among them, are the home loads, which are integrated by low demand appliances (electronic devices, efficient lighting, etc.) and by high power equipments such as the ones used for cocking; of course, these are the most important in the load curve. The use of the electric energy for home cocking and basically because it is used in a well defined time interval has impacted hardly in the electric demand, the energy consumption, the power factor and the daily curves. In this paper are presented both, the method used to determine the characteristics of the new load curves and their results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
