Say 'No' to China.

The article offers information on the constitution of China which specifies in its preamble that the country will have an independent foreign policy and five principles of diplomacy. The constitution further offers that based on these principles, the country consistently opposes hegemonism, colonialism and imperialism. The principles were enunciated by Premier Zhou Enlai in the safeguarding of the country at the height of the intense entanglement of the Cold War between the U.S. and the Soviet Union.
