Transición democrática y modelo comunicativo: la divergencia Ibérica.

The present article analyzes the transformation of the communicative systems in the Iberian Peninsula during the years of the transition. The examination focuses on three areas: the legal reforms that define the general framework, the changes in the public media and the evolution of the private sector. The study ends up by constrasting the revolutionary Portuguese model, far away from the contemporary deregulatory trends whit Spanish deregulatory model based in a negotiated reform.
