Abstract
- The article offers health news briefs. A study published in the October 2010 issue of the "Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research" suggests that strength training may improve circulation. A study in the "British Journal of Sports Medicine" found that individuals who exercised five or more times per week had less cold symptoms over a three month period. A study in the November 2010 issue of "Archives of Ophthalmology" found that supplements do not prevent cataracts.
