- Presents information on a study which determined the efficacy on plasma cholesterol-lowering of plant sterol esters or non-esterified stanols eaten within low-fat foods and margarine. Experimental design; Lipid changes with plant sterol ester or non-esterified stanol-containing foods; Lipid changes with sterol ester in fifty percent butter fat spread.
