Abstract: The article focuses on tennis player Rafael Nadal. Nadal's status as the world's top-rated player and his possible victory in four straight Grand Slam tournaments should he win the 2011 Australian Open are contrasted with his unassuming personality, which leads him to travel in coach seating on passenger airplanes and to not seek out advertising endorsements. Nadal states it is not necessary to be angry to be an intense competitor. His rivalry with player Roger Federer is considered.
