Comparison of histopathologic classification and surgical stage by cytokeratin 8 and cytokeratin 18 in endometrial cancer.

The article discusses the role of cytoskeletal proteins in endometrial cancer invasion and to histopathogically classify endometrial cancer patients. It aims to perform histopathological classifiction of endometrial cancer using immunohistochemical stains and show the importance of soluble cytokeratin components in various stages of endometrial cancer. It stresses that there is no single accepted follow-up strategy for patients with endometrial cancer.
