Abstract

The article focuses on the efforts done by an evidence-based practice (EBP) team in the U.S. to implement a rapid response team (RRT) in their hospital. One of the members provided an EBP Implementation Plan template that was developed using the Advancing Research and Clinical Practice Through Close Collaboration (ARCC) model. They identified their active stakeholders which included administrators, staff nurses, and patients, and their passive stakeholder which included chief nursing officers, chief executive officers, and mid-level managers.
