Abstract

Abstract: China had taken strict measures for pandemic 2009 H1N1 infection with enhanced surveillance and hospital isolation since April 2009. In Shenzhen, over 1200 confirmed cases of H1N1 infection were identified. Three young patients died of severe pneumonia. Among them, two boys developed neurological complications. Cytokine storm seemed an important cause. [Copyright &y& Elsevier]
