Abstract
- The authors reflect on the study regarding the community rehabilitation services for older people such as geriatric day hospital (GDH) and home-based rehabilitation (HR). They define GDH as an outpatient facility where older patients attend a full day multidisciplinary rehabilitation while HR is patient-centered care. They present figures for the summary of the randomized controlled trials used to compare GDH and HR and a table on the treatment schedule used in the trials.
