Theoretical Fundamentals of Risk Management in Ship Salvaging.

The article examines the sources of threats and proposes risk estimates and gradation in ship salvage and suggests various methods of risk management for navies. Among the gradation risks proposed are risks of up to two points which are small and should be ignored and risks of 10 to 20 which call for revising the parameter they effect. A table is presented that shows results of analyzing response measures for identified risks.
