Abstract
- Provides a statement from a worldwide federation Global Alliance on the preservation of the historical accuracy of World War II in Asia. Effort to have Japan accept responsibilities for war crimes it committed in the 20th century; Failure of Japan for a restitution to its victims; Introduction of an act to ensure former Japanese laborers retain their rights to file suits against Japanese corporation.
