Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old woman with lesion on her neck and had developed pemphigus foliaceus (PF) three years previously. A small papule and bowenoid solar keratosis were noted on physical examination and histological examination respectively. The patient has experienced a relapse of PF within one week of imiquimod treatment. Prednisone and topical mometasone cream treatments were started which resolved the bullae and removed the basal cell carcinoma (BCC).
