MANGROVE COMPOST USED AS AN ORGANIC MANURE FOR EVALUATION OF YIELD CHARACTERISTICS IN VIGNA MUNGO.

Mangroves and salt marshes are contributed in the saline land improvement. Mangroves are manmade environment and also enhance nutrient cycling of estuarine ecosystem. After decomposition, mangrove litters have higher nutrient content and improve the nutrient status of estuarine soil and also estuarine water. Such type of mangroves leaves collected from the mangrove forest areas and also making the compost.
