Abstract
- This article discusses the visits of Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao to Russia and Tajikistan in 2010. Wen had meetings with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin and Tajik Prime Minister Akil Akilov. Wen discussed the cooperation between China and Russia and Tajikistan. He also attended the ninth annual Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) prime ministerial meeting in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The SCO meeting highlighted international security as an important concern.
