Abstract

High values of blood pressure in spite of optimal treatment could have many explanations: lifestyle deviations, incomplete medical treatment, drugs interactions or associated pathologies. Material and method: Clinical case is presented to determine the expression of intricate increases tense; first cardiovascular risk factors that classified essential component and second emergence of diseases associated (endocrinopathy) determining secondary hypertension. Case analysis presents polymorphic symptoms. Clinical and Para clinical exams showed a hyperkinetic syndrome with a thyroid showing an increase in volume of the gland which has been shown to be of autoimmune etiology. Concomitantly, allergic phenomena appeared. Final diagnosis is: Acute urticaria, Hyperlipoproteinemia, Hypertension grade II, stage II, medium risk, Autoimmune thyroid. Conclusions: The intricate pathology raises many differential diagnostic problems. Blood pressure imbalance can have many causes that should not be ignored, such as the appearance of a disthyroidies.
