Vesicocentesis at 10-14 weeks of gestation for treatment of fetal megacystis.

Abstract This report of four cases shows that fetal vesicocentesis at 10-14 weeks of gestation is a useful treatment option in some cases with megacystis. Although megacystis at this gestation has been reported, there are few studies examining the role of early vesicocentesis.
