Chapter 4: Bivariant Cycle Cohomology.

The article presents a paper which constructed a bivariant theory called bivariant cycle cohomology. It presented a formulation of motivic cohomology and homology in terms of A*,*(Y,X). In one of the sections, the authors have formulated four theories--cohomology/homology with/without compact supports--in terms of their bivariant cycle cohomology.
