Exact analytical solutions for the generalized non-integrable nonlinear Schrödinger equation with varying coefficients

Abstract: Analytical solutions are reported for the generalized non-integrable nonlinear Schrödinger equation with varying coefficients using the similarity transformation and tri-function method, which involve three free functions of spaces to generate abundant wave structures.
