Examines the occurrence of root-infecting fungus Armillaria mellea in central Cape Town, South Africa. Significance of the phylogenetic analyses and plant pathogens movement; Observation of Cape Town isolates of A. mellea with European clade; Evidence of A. mellea introduced in Cape Town was came from Europe.
