Abstract
- Evaluates CD4[sup +] and CD8[sup +] T cells responses to aerosol infection with Mycobacterium bovis bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) using an adoptive-transfer model of recombinase activation gene-deficient mice. Role of the T cells in the prevention of bacterial dissemination; Use of adoptive-transfer experiments in differentiating T cell responses to infection with BCG.
