Presents a case of advanced cervical aggressive fibromatosis (AF) arising in two brothers under four years of age. Multiple recurrences of the disease; Discovery of unresectable AF in the younger brother; Encouraging results of a trial of tamoxifen and ibuprofen in both brothers; Description of AF as a rare mesenchymal neoplasm of the head and neck.
