Abstract
- The article criticizes the manner New Zealand provides aid to Indonesia and presents an appeal for the West Papuan people's wishes. The author expresses concern over New Zealand's diplomacy with regards to Indonesian-controlled West Papua. In particular, the author is worried over New Zealand's aid to the Indonesian military and to the police in West Papua. The author believes New Zealand's aid offers support the status quo and on-going repression.
