Abstract

Investigates the impact of the cyclic adenylic acid-dependent protein kinase A (cAMP/PKA) inhibitors, Rp diastereomer of adenosine 3'-5'-cyclic monophosphorothioate and PKA inhibitor, on bovine pulmonary artery and lung microvascular endothelial cell cytoskeleton reorganization. Involvement of significant activity between cAMP- and extracellular signal-regulated kinase-dependent signaling pathways.
