Abstract
- The authors offer opinions on traffic regulations. Laws in several Canadian provinces banning the use of hand-held cell phones by automobile drivers are criticized as inadequate. Research on cell phone use is cited in support of the contention that hands-free cell phones offer no increase in safety for drivers.
