Abstract

The article discusses the research findings in determining the implication of strength to the magnitude of performance improvement and the driving adaptation of mechanisms to ballistic power training. It presents the methodology of the study from categorizing the participants by their strength using one-repetition maximum-to-body mass ration (IRM/BM), and the training of the group and its assessment. It reports that strength level do not influence the magnitude of improvements after ballistic power training.
