Abstract: In a previous paper (Bhagavat and Nandedkar 1968) an analysis of the frequency of damped oscillations <f><SUB0> in the presence of a r.f. field in a plasma model in equilibrium was made. <BR> This paper makes a complete analysis of this subject in the presence of a d.c. field.
