Presents a study aimed at determining the extent of interlaboratory variation of microimmunoflourescence test results for the serodiagnosis of Chlamydia pneumoniae infections. Lack of standardization in chlamydia serology; Difficulty of interpreting published data; Variation in the numeric titer values; Overall percentage agreement with the reference standard titers.
