Abstract
- The article discusses the traffic situation in Moscow, Russia. The construction of the city, the influence of capitalism, and the increased availability of automobiles are examined. The roles of driver behavior, the traffic system, and the social system on the traffic situation are explored. The effect of traffic problems on the efficacy of emergency services is also discussed.
