Abstract
- The article discusses the level of moral education in the U.S. by reviewing the works of various authors such as Stanley Fish, Anthony Kronman and Samuel Schuman. It observes that prominent academic publishers have dealt with the concern over the moral dimension of higher education but colleges and universities view the subject of moral education separate from the other aspects of education. It concludes that religious colleges and universities can integrate ethical, academic and religious concerns by working towards new methods and understanding.
