Abstract: The article provides information on a study which examined cancer occurrence in children of mixed ancestry in the U.S. Data analyzed were from linked cancer and birth registry data from five U.S. states from 1978 through 2004. Logistic regression analysis was employed to determine the relationship of cancer with various racial or ethnic groups. A discussion on the research findings is detailed.
