Abstract
- The article reviews the developments of international anti-corruption enforcement in the U.S. in 2009. It notes that the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) among U.S. agencies have used specialized investigation and prosecution units. However, other countries like Great Britain has seriously fought corruption with three FCPA trials that ended in convictions.
