This study asserts that it is impossible to have a meaningful education if there is no understandable medium of teaching. The issue brought about by Article 14 which states in the 1987 Constitution that Filipino is the National Language was further intensified. Cebu revolted when the former minister of Education enforced that Filipino should be used as a medium of teaching in all schools, in all the regions. This paper aims to describe the significant relationship between class & reality, language & sensibility in achieving a meaningful education. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
