Malaysia at Pilipinas: Mga Problemang Pangwika.

This paper aims to characterize the language status of Malaysia and the Philippines. Like Malaysia, we not only have to learn the ways but the lessons from history and sociology of technological advancement of the developed countries. The Filipino needs a change in ideology, culture and morality so that he could escape the chains binding him to ignorance, hardships, and slavery caused by the Spaniards in the past and the Americans at present.
