Abstract: The article discusses the move of manufacturers to partner with physical therapists (PTs) to develop improved products to help patients receive the best treatment in the U.S. It notes that AlterG Inc. asked the help of four physical therapists to help them restructure the M300 treadmill. It states that the company was satisfied with the results of the changes through the help of the PTs as the treadmill's size becomes smaller and the price was cut from 75,000 dollars to 24,500 dollars.
