Abstract
- The article presents a study which investigates the impact of phosphorus(P)-doped carbon nitride solid to enhance conductivity and photocurrent generation. The study selects ionic liquids as a mild P-doping source where structure and texture were evaluated by x-ray diffraction. Results of the study show that P-doping carbon nitride increases electric conductivity by up to 4 orders and photocurrent generation by a factor of up to 5 orders of magnitude.
