Abstract

The article offers information on topical steroid drugs for the treatment of dermatologic disorders. It mentions that low to intermediate potency steroids are indicated for skin disorders including dermatitis, eczema, chronic lichen simplex, pruritus, and psoriasis, while higher potency products are indicated for psoriasis of palms, soles, elbows, and knees. In addition, the contraindications, precautions, and adverse reactions of the drugs are presented.
