Isoëtes todaroana (Isoëtaceae, Lycopodiophyta), a New Species from Sicily (Italy).

The article discusses the anatomical, morphological and ecological characteristics of a new fern species called Isoëtaceae todaroana which was found in western Sicily, Italy.
