Basics of E-resource Licensing.

Electronic resource contract law language presents many problems for both librarians and publishers. For librarians, problems generally involve interlibrary loan permissions and perpetual access/archival rights. For publishers, problems involve breach of contract and definitions of authorized users and sites.
