Abstract
- The article examines the magnetic resonance imaging results of the most common causes of groin pain or athletic pubalgia in professional hockey players in the National Hockey League (NHL). It involves the imaging of adductor muscle injury, osteitis pubis, and prehernia complex. It concludes that groin pain or athletic pubalgia in hockey players needs a large differential diagnosis which can be difficult to differentiate clinically.
