Abstract
- The article provides information on the scientific facility Diamond Light Source in Oxfordshire, England. It says that the structure for Beam Line 113 is under construction, which is a key project at one of the foremost scientific facilities in Great Britain. According to the author, the task of the Diamond is to generate concentrated beams of light from the infrared end of the spectrum through X-rays and ultraviolet rays. Other key features of the facility as well as the Phase III development plans are also discussed.
