Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 63-year-old man who underwent surgery for an implantable cardioverter defibrillator due to ischemic cardiomyopathy. Following implantation, the patient experienced double counting episodes. Four years following surgery, the patient developed heart failure symptoms and cardiac resynchronization therapy revision was performed.
